  • Friday, March 16, 2012 from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm
  • Saturday, March 17, 2012 from 10:00am - 6:00 pm

Registration and packet pickup will NOT be available on race day.

The exclusive lodging for the Tobacco Road Marathon is the Embassy Suites of Cary. The hotel will sell out so reserve your room online at our personal Embassy Suites Group Page or call 919-677-1840 and mention the Tobacco Road Marathon to receive our discounted rate of $99 per night.

Check Out Notice

 Standard check out time is 12noon.  All room keys are deactivated at 12noon on the date of departure.  If a late check out is needed you must tell the Embassy Suites as there are a limited quantity of late check outs available.  Your options are as follows:

  • Check out at 1pm is available at no cost to you

  • Check out between 1pm-3pm is available for a $25 charge added to your room
  • Check out after 3pm requires a 1/2 day rate of $49.50
